Cassandra Huneau is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Geography at Texas A&M University. Her research examines coastal oceanographic processes, particularly wave dynamics, hydrodynamics, and the assessment of coastal hazards. She employs an interdisciplinary methodology that integrates oceanographic modeling, remote sensing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to advance the understanding of coastal and nearshore environments.
